📦 Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
The packaging is tampered with or opened at the time of delivery

📌 Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

⏱️ Return Request Time
You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery
Requests made after this period may not be accepted
📸 Proof Required

To process your return or refund, please share:

Clear images of the product
Images of the packaging
Order details

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Instead of a refund, you may choose:

A replacement product (subject to availability)

Change of mind after purchase
Opened or partially consumed products
Delay caused by incorrect delivery details

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
