5. Shipping & Delivery

– We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timelines mentioned on the website.
– Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
– Mewasure shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

As Mewasure deals in food products, returns are generally not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Replacement or refund requests will only be considered if:

– The wrong product has been delivered.
– The product has expired upon delivery.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and the order details. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing timeline.

Customers are advised to store products as per the storage instructions mentioned on the packaging. Mewasure shall not be responsible for any deterioration in quality due to improper storage after delivery.
